Home Entertainment Category Rescue

The home entertainment categories required urgent attention to fix some issues.

New suppliers were sourced and introduced to help inject life into the category and fix gaps in the range.

Existing suppliers were worked with to create trade and marketing plans, in store and online.

A number of off fixture promotions were negotiated, with great results.

PC Gaming Category Re-Launch

After seeing the huge potential in the PC gaming market, a board level pitch was made to get capex investment to revamp the look and feel of the PC components and peripherals categories to appeal to the gaming market. In the store of the future concept this was launched as a shop in shop area with a playable demo PC.

Partnerships were built with suppliers to help support the launch both financially and operationally, with stock and demo product.

Online execution was enhanced, with improved customer journey and content.
